Assembly, electronics testing, photometric measurement and packing across sixteen production bases in Henan, Hubei, Anhui and Shanxi. Group headquarters and the export desk are in Mengzhuang, Zhengzhou.
Process
Four gates before anything ships.
Each gate produces a record. If a batch fails a gate it does not proceed, which is the least romantic sentence on this website and the most important one.
Incoming
LED bins, drivers, cells and membranes checked against the approved BOM. Cell capacity and internal resistance sampled per lot.
Assembly
Torque-checked fasteners, gasket compression verified, IP gasket seated before the housing closes.
Test
100 percent power-on and burn-in for luminaires. Photometric spot check on an integrating sphere. RO plants pressure-tested and flushed.
Pack
Drop-tested carton sample, packing photo per pallet, container loading record with seal number.
Certification
What is certified, and what is a market file.
These are different things and buyers deserve to know which is which. A test report is not the same document as a SONCAP certificate.

Certificate scans with numbers and validity dates are issued after a signed NDA or a confirmed order.
Capacity
Two lines, honest lead times.
Standard lead time is 15 to 25 days for repeat orders and 25 to 35 days for a first production run. During peak season we will tell you the real date rather than the date you want to hear.
