Process

The first two steps are free. The rest only happen after you approve a sample and a BOM.

Brief
Product, market, volume, certification, target price. One page is enough.

Configuration
We propose a BOM and a price at target volume. You get the arithmetic, not just a number.

Sample
A working sample with your label, shipped for bench and field test.

Approval
You sign off the BOM and the test report. Nothing is ordered before this.

Production
Batch testing, packing photos, container loading record, documents prepared in parallel.
- 06
Repeat
The BOM is locked. Repeat orders re-run the same parts, not a lookalike.

Documents
The pack that clears customs.
Every OEM order ships with a document set prepared for the destination, not a generic folder. If a market file is missing, we say so before you place the order.
- Commercial invoice, packing list, BOM
- Test report per batch, with serial ranges
- UN38.3, MSDS and dangerous goods declaration for batteries
- SONCAP, PVoC, SASO files where applicable
- Certificate of origin
