Privacy policy

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, company, email, country, the product you are interested in and anything you write in the message field. We also record the page you came from and the referring site. We do not use tracking pixels for advertising on this site.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on the commercial relationship. If you ask us to send documentation, we use the same details to deliver it.
Who sees it
Our sales and engineering staff. Our email, hosting and CRM providers process the data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell or rent contact data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Chat transcripts are kept for 90 days. Accounting records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@baifanworks.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for language preference, and local storage to remember whether you dismissed the regional notice. No advertising cookies are set.
International transfers
Our team is in China. Enquiry data is stored with our hosting and email providers, which may be located outside your country. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses where required.
