Why every case on this site carries an evidence label
Documented or reference. Two labels, one rule: we publish what can be checked and say plainly what cannot.
The problem with project galleries
Most manufacturer websites show a world map with pins and a row of logos. The pins are not projects and the logos are not permissions. A buyer cannot tell which is which, so they discount all of it.
Our two labels
Documented means a public page, a recipient letter or a handover record exists and is described on the page. Reference means we have company footage or photographs, but no public document naming us. The label sits next to the title, not in a footnote.
What we will not do
- Publish a client logo without written permission.
- Call a programme type a project.
- Invent a date, a tonnage or a saving.
- Use a stock photograph and caption it as our site.
Why it helps the buyer
If you are bidding for a donor or municipal programme, your own evidence pack is part of the product. Seeing how another supplier labels its proof is a quick way to design yours. The case pages show the file, the label and the gap, and the gap is usually the useful part.
